Terms & Conditions


  • Should you wish to cancel your subscription and direct debit for evening development sessions, you must give a full calendar month (30 days) of notice in writing to "Charlie@lcrsports.co.uk"
  • Football Camps cancellation policy:
  • 7 days or more of start date: 100% refund will be issued.
  • 5 days or less of start date: 50% refund will be issued.
  • 24 hours of start date: No refund will be issued.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • LCR Sports or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • LCR Sports reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - Charlie@lcrsports.co.uk / 07393583874
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather, LCR Sports will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Direct Debit Payments FAQ’s

How do Direct Debit payments work?

  • Our Direct Debit payments are taken on the 1st of every month and are prorated across the year. Although there are no sessions throughout August, payment will still be taken as the cost of all sessions are split across 12 months rather than 11.

Why do we do this?

  • Although we run our sessions for 11 months of the year (during term time), we split the total cost of our sessions across 12 months to ensure our monthly payments are as affordable as possible for parents/guardians.
