LCR Sports Key Terms & Conditions:

SESSION DATES

  • Football Development & Toddler Football run during term time. Occasionally, sessions may run during half-term to meet the annual session count (37–38 sessions). Session dates can be viewed on your ClassForKids account.
  • Football Camps run during school holidays. Dates and times will be confirmed upon booking.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Football Development & Toddler Football:

  • Monthly subscription via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
  • Subscription is pro-rated over 12 months, including non-session months like August. (Our football development sessions operate on a yearly pro rata basis, with the total cost of all sessions spread evenly across 12 months. This means that even though sessions do not run in August, the monthly payment you make in August contributes to the overall cost of the sessions that your child will attend throughout the year. By spreading the cost over 12 months, we aim to make the payments more manageable and consistent for all parents, rather than having higher payments during the months when sessions are held. This way, the same affordable amount is deducted each month, providing you with a predictable and easier-to-manage subscription.)
  • Minimum 2-month enrollment.

Football Camps:

  • Full payment required to secure your child’s place.
  • Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Football Development & Toddler Football:

  • 30-day written notice required to cancel. Subscriptions require a minimum enrollment period of 2 months before a cancellation can be processed.
  • Subscriptions can be paused for 1 month, but the upcoming payment must still be made.
  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Football Camps:

  • Cancel 21+ days before the camp for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 8 days’ notice = No refund.
  • If cancelled due to low numbers or extreme weather, a make-up day may be offered.

RULES & GUIDELINES

Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

  • Children must be signed in/out by a parent or guardian.
  • Inform staff if someone else is collecting your child.
  • No child can leave without an adult unless prior permission is given.

Equipment & Attire:

  • All players must wear shin pads and appropriate footwear (moulds or studs depending on location).
  • Weather-appropriate clothing is required.

Food & Drink:

  • Camps: Bring packed lunch, snacks, and plenty of water.
  • No fizzy drinks, sweets, or nuts.
  • No food, chewing gum, or drink (except water) during sessions.

Behavior:

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
  • Bullying, aggression, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

Medical Conditions:

  • Must be declared at registration.
  • Players needing medication (e.g., inhalers) must bring it with them.

GENERAL TERMS

  • All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
  • LCR Sports is not responsible for lost property or injuries during sessions.
  • Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes – notify us in writing if you’d like to opt out.
  • If your child has been unwell within 48 hours of a session, please keep them home.
